Michael Sherrard is the Chief Digital Officer at The Intercept. He brings a background in grassroots mobilization and digital strategy to The Intercept’s membership program, which has more than doubled under his leadership. He most recently served as the first executive director of Faithful America, which organizes social justice-minded Christians to challenge right-wing extremism. He previously held a variety of political, product, and fundraising roles at MoveOn.org; he has also worked for Sojourners and M+R Strategic Services.
